RECONSTRUCTION OF CT ROUTE 83 Gardner & Peterson Associates, LLC provides Land
Surveying and Civil Engineering services for the realignment and widening of existing Municipal and State Roads. In
this project Gardner & Peterson Associates, LLC redesigned the alignment and width of Talcottville Road (CT Route 83)
in Vernon to provide a four-way signalized intersection to service an existing major retail plaza on the north side of the
road and a new retail development on the south side of the road. Improvements were also made to the intersection
sight distances and traffic movements along Talcottville Road. This project has received approvals from the municipal
agencies, the Connecticut State Traffic Commission and the State of Connecticut Department of Transportation. |

Gardner & Peterson Associates, LLC was a member of the team that was selected to design the
additions and renovations to the Coventry High School and the Capt. Nathan Hale School in Coventry. Our task was to

Gardner & Peterson Associates, LLC was retained by the Town of Coventry to provide septic repair
design plans for the Willow Glen Subdivision. This development was originally approved as a single family
subdivision but was later purchased by a non-profit entity for the purpose of providing affordable housing where the property
would be leased to the homeowner. This development contained 20 houses that were built in the mid 90’s
of which eleven had poor septic fill and led to failed leaching systems in less than four years. Gardner
& Peterson Associates, LLC was retained and provided the following services: - Site
Analyses including Soil Investigation
- Septic System Repair Designs including construction specifications
- Field Stake new septic systems
- Provide On-Site Consultation for system installation
